In the 2013-2014 season the Pensacola Civic Band will present timeless and captivating music from American composers Gould, Gershwin, and Giroux. In addition, we will perform several well known band classics and welcome some amazing guest musicians. A season of celebration you don’t want to miss.

October 26th  |  Morton Gould Centennial
Celebrating the 100th birthday of American composer, conductor, pianist, and arranger Morton Gould, the PCB performs Gould’s Freedom Fanfare, American Salute, Pavane and more that will capture and enthrall. The concert features guest artist Josh Bledsoe on the Trombone.

December 16th & 17th  |  Christmas at the College
Celebrate the holidays with the Pensacola Civic Band! Dixieland, swing, and other variations on all your holiday classics. A portion of the proceeds from this concert help to benefit the scholarship and education efforts of the Pensacola Civic Band.

March 29th  |  Party Down
A concert of celebration, festival, fiesta, ragtime, and tangos featuring trumpet soloist, Jonathan Martin, and music from acclaimed composer George Gershwin. Also, a special piece written in honor of Don Snowden’s 25th anniversary as conductor by composer and PCB friend Julie Giroux.
